*You will only be billed for active users each month. An active user is anyone added to your customer account who hosts or joins a video meeting or opens a file in Drive. Other users, including those outside or inside your company, aren't counted as active users. There is a minimum charge of one active user per month. A valid form of payment is required to start using Google Workspace Essentials.
**Gmail users will have unlimited free group calls (3 or more people) on meet.google.com through June 28th. After that, users will need to upgrade for web-hosted group calls longer than 60 minutes.

*Google Workspace customers may have access to additional features for a limited promotional period.
